I started meditation at Gaborone Meditation Center in November 2018.
I was invited by my cousin. Her and I have a lot in common, she therefore knew that I would benefit a lot from this.
I used to have anxiety attacks, I would worry over things I cannot change, I had fears about loss in general, I was easily provoked, and I was shy.
The day I walked into the Meditation center, things changed for good. I am on Habit Class.
I am very calm, I don’t wonder in misplaced thoughts, I relate well with people, my family, friend and colleagues.
I am so grateful for this method and would like my family and other people to this.
It would make the world a better place. Thank you.
