Meditation has become an essential part of my daily life

It all started in October 2024 when I was at home after six months of losing my job. Anxiety and depression had become a part of my life, and I was frequently hospitalized due to panic attacks. 

One day, while reading an inspirational book, I came across a section that emphasized meditation. Without hesitation, I searched for meditation groups on Facebook and found Botswana Meditation. I immediately decided to visit and start my journey with them. 

I never imagined that one day I would be writing such a beautiful message from a happy heart—sharing how healed, joyful, and stress-free I am now. At first, it felt unbelievable when the guide told me that healing takes time but assured me that if I didn’t give up, I would live happily ever after. 

Now, four months later, I am already on Level 4 and looking forward to reaching the final level. Meditation has become an essential part of my daily life, just like eating. I practice it every morning, at lunchtime, and in the evening. 

So much has changed since I started—not just my health but also my entire environment. My home is now filled with laughter, and I’ve gained the confidence to pursue things I had been putting off. I always knew I had talent, but I never acted on it. Now, everything is falling into place. 

Physically, I have transformed as well. My skin is brighter, my cracked heels have healed, my lips are no longer dry, and my joint pain is completely gone. I also feel a strong sense of protection in my daily life. Many times, I have narrowly avoided accidents while driving, but my awareness always sharpens at the right moment, keeping me safe. 

Above all, I have found true peace of mind. I no longer worry about anything. I live in the present, grateful for each day.  Thank you so much to meditation.
