When you sign up, you have unlimited access to meditation sessions during our opening hours Four sessions (8am /12pm /6pm /8pm) on weekdays and two sessions (10am /7pm) on weekend are going on and you can also have an one-on-one session a week.
As much or as little as you wish, we encourage students to attend as much as possible to see results and reach completion. Our main goal is for you to be happy, which means you must choose the speed that brings balance and joy to your life.

No. The method is designed to be accessible to all people, regardless of education, age, experience with meditation etc. Children as young as 13 years old have been known to meditate and they tend to grasp the concepts right away and love it.
Debit card or Credit is the default option on this website. Paypal is also available. If you want to do an e-wallet service etc., you can contact us and proceed with us.

It is suitable for you to find a place to focus on meditation. It’s good to use headsets or earphones if there are people around you.
- We do not offer the option to attend just one class nor come as a drop-in. Our method is unique, and our center is similar to a martial arts school: i.e., we have a step-by-step program to advance with the discipline (akin to becoming a black belt in meditation!).

Just like going to the gym, you will get sooner changes when you join as many sessions as possible.
There is no specific posture when meditating. You usually meditate by sitting on a chair or the floor. It would help if you concentrate on your meditation. Therefore, sit back and straighten your posture. You should sit down as long as you don’t have a big problem with your back.
