To be honest speaking, I have experienced anxious feelings through out my life. I tried different remedies such as reading self healing books, improving my social life and enrolling in psychology courses so as to understand and improve my anxieties. After some years, I came to understand these approaches were not good enough to improve the state of my mental health.
I remember when I was in school, I was very nervous to speak in front of my classmates. I was never shy at all but when I stood in front of a crowd of 10 people, my nerves took control of me. I couldn’t think or utter a word and always panicked. This series of events continued and caught me up when I was at the university. I remember having a group presentation , although I was very prepared, I panicked and I couldn’t speak and messed up the whole presentation. This was all because I had worries of the outcome and my mind could not settled down. And most of these thoughts and worries were negative. I worried about letting myself and colleagues down, not doing well enough on the the project and getting lower scores. It was very frustrating and stressful too.
After meditating patiently and for a while, I was able to throw away my anxieties, worries, stress and negative thoughts. I was very calm and could focus on one thing at a time without interruption of negative thoughts and worries in my mind. Therefore, I did not have any series of panic attack.
In addition, meditation helped me to understand where these anxious thoughts came from and how to let them go and live well.
So the best tip for healing your anxieties and panic attack is meditation. If you meditate , you will understand that your anxieties are all false, and they happen because you do not have your true self. Therefore, meditation will enable you to find your true self and achieve everything. All of your anxieties will disappear and you mental health will be resolved.
