From Blaming Others to Understanding Myself

When I started meditating my biggest challenge was to look back in mind and reflect properly because I always thought that I was right and others are wrong. I didn’t know how to be responsible for my own actions. It was easy for me to blame and resent others for what they did to me. I always thought I was a good person and wonder why people are always want to hurt me.

But after a lot of discarding my karma, habit and body I started to understand why things are the way they are and I realized it was all my fault. Because my outside world was the reflection of my inside world. By deligently discarding my  false human mind my outer world naturally started to change by itself.

Just to share one of my experiences, I used to have people pleasing tendency and I always try to make other people happy and comfortable. My definition of happiness was when I make others happy I will be happy and I tried to find my happiness from my outside world and I sacrificed and abandoned myself for others but the problem was it didn’t bring me the happiness I wanted to gain instead my negative thinking pattern reflected on the outside world and every person I have in my social circle or friend circle happened to be people who want to take advantage of me by any means possible or people who want to take me for granted.

At first I blamed and resented them for the behavior they have towards me because I thought I am good to them and they are hurting me but later on after a lot of discarding my karma, habit and body I realized the real problem was me. It was my false mind attracted this kind of people. Currently after I realized and discarded this negative mind and replaced it with selflove and self respect the interaction I have with other people become much smoother and I am happy for that.

Thank you!!!
